What To Expect - Wedding
From the traditional, to the informal, to the eclectic, no two weddings are alike nowadays. If your wedding is just an informal gathering of friends and family celebrating at a private home for example, you may be referred to the "Party Time Package." However, most weddings are somewhat structured and require careful planning and execution, especially when it comes to the entertainment and emcee aspects of your very special day.
PRE-WEDDING PLANNING
From the moment you book your wedding date with DJ Marquez, he will arrange for an initial consultation and provide sample contracts and wedding planning documents to get started. Here's a list of what you can expect prior to your wedding date:
*If you desire to have additional consultation meetings after the first included 2 sessions, they can be arranged at the rate of $25.00 per hour. The total additional consultation fees will be added to your final bill and is due on the date of your event. Please contact DJ Marquez to set up an appointment.
- Formal signed contract and deposit confirms your date
- Unlimited email and phone contacts
- Up to two 60 min. planning and prep consultations
- Wedding Planning document provided for events time line
- DJ assists with song selections as requested
- Selected play-lists provided as needed
- DJ coordinates with other vendors as needed
- Proof of liability insurance provided upon request
- Additional consultation sessions available ($25/hr.)*

ON YOUR WEDDING DAY
So the big day finally arrives and all of the planning is complete. That doesn't stop DJ Marquez from making sure that your entertainment program runs smoothly. Here's a list of what you can expect
on your wedding date:
- Early arrival to the event at least 60-90 minutes for set-up
- DJ coordinates with other vendors as needed
- DJ staging area kept neat, professional and clutter-free
- Announcements as needed for guest arrival/seating
- DJ wears formal/semi-formal attire, or as requested by clients
- Quality equipment for ideal sound and ambiance
- Wireless microphone for announcements and toasts
- Dance floor lighting included for energizing fun
- DJ able to take requests from guests if desired by client
- Additional lighting options available - inquire here
- On the spot credit card processing available in lieu of cash
