It was always a dream of mine to have my art formally published in some form or fashion. That dream came true with an opportunity to provide a cover design for a textbook about America's urban history, which tied in perfectly with my passion for painting and drawing city skylines. The same author commissioned me again for a second textbook on the same subject, which further inspired me to pursues this format as yet another way to share my art.

In 2021, I explored the world of self-publishing, and within months was able to develop, design and compile a roster of journals, coloring books, music manuscripts and other activity books that not only display my diverse works, but exhibit my sense of style and design.
All of the book covers* you see were painted or digitally designed by me, OR, curated with other digital assets of which I own rights to reproduce within my own creations.
*The Guitar Tablature Notebook with the acoustic guitar drawn in pencil was created entirely by my daughter, Naya Marquez, and I created the interior pages.
